Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide technical support in troubleshooting servers, applications, and network incidents
• Manage assigned queues in our call ticketing system.
• Documenting resolution of the incident
• Maintain good communication levels with your peers regarding client issues.
• Perform and validate routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management, hotfixes, and monitoring.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Provide on-call support for tier 1 & Tier 2 technical issues

Experience – Skills – Certifications – Education
• Must be a team player and work collaboratively with other team members and external parties to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well
• 3 – 6 years experience working in a technical environment with demonstrated enterprise-level troubleshooting in a Managed Services environment
• Experience in troubleshooting general networking issues
• Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Client, and Microsoft Server Operating Systems, VMWare and 3rd party business applications
• Strong Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualization services: Office 365, Azure, AWS, VMWare, Hyper-V desired. VMWare is a required skill.
• Scripting experience with the PowerShell/other automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Preference will be given to candidates that possess certifications
• Excellent professional communication skills including excellent oral and written skills.
